About VoiceAbility

A structured, evidence-based program for people with disabilities who want to build confidence and speak up for themselves

VoiceAbility is a free, licensed self-advocacy and capacity-building program for people with disabilities. Delivered by Ability Advocates Australia under the NDIA Peer Support and Capacity Building (PSCB) Grant, we help people build confidence, develop practical skills, and navigate housing, NDIS, health, justice, and employment services. If you have a disability and want to build confidence and speak up for yourself - VoiceAbility is for you. No referral needed. If you are a practitioner or organisation - explore our licensed facilitator pathway and deliver VoiceAbility in your community. Want to give back or get more involved? Volunteer as a mentor, join a peer support group, or access our Parents & Carers Webinars through the Get Involved section. Currently delivering across Parramatta, Blacktown, Mt Druitt, Fairfield, Liverpool, and Bankstown. Support is available at every step. Call 1300 028 928 or email voiceability@abilityadvocates.com.au.

I didn't think I could speak up for myself. VoiceAbility showed me I have a voice that matters. Now I know my rights and I'm not afraid to use them.
